Dust jacket is in a mylar sleeve, there is a 1" round stain from a sticker that used to be on the front cover. There is 1/4" a small tear on the front cover and a 1/4" tear on the back cover, with the spine ends rounded. Bound in quarter blue cloth with red boards with the spine having silver lettering.
