New York: Farrar Strauss Giroux, 1976. FIrst Edition. Octavo, 342 pages. Very Good in a Very Good minus dust jacket. Spine has brown, red and blue lettering on a white background. Dust jacket is in a mylar sleeve, there is a 1" round stain from a sticker that used to be on the front cover. There is 1/4" a small tear on the front cover and a 1/4" tear on the back cover, with the spine ends rounded. Bound in quarter blue cloth with red boards with the spine having silver lettering. Spine ends rounded, slight dents to the front two corners.Text block is lightly age toned.
