Bound in quarter blue cloth with blue paper boards and gilt titling. Jacket is blue with yellow and white lettering. Jacket has light rubbing throughout. Spine and boards have shelfwear to edges, light toning to top edges, and light scuffing to joints. Text block is lightly age-toned and has an inscription from the author to William Webster on front free endpaper: “To Bill and Linda Webster with the warm affection and admiration of their friend and Bill’s colleague / Elliot Richardson / July 10, 1996”. Original purchase receipt signed by William Webster laid in to front endpaper.
