Bound in brown cloth with gilt lettering and an embossed logo of The State of New York on the front cover. Corners are dented and frayed. Covers are soiled and scuffed with the rear cover showing damp stains and small areas of missing cloth There is a 1/2 piece of the cloth missing on the front cover. Spine has gilt lettering. Spine ends are dented and frayed. Both hinges are cracked. Text block is tanned and cracked. Previous owners signature on the free front end paper. Of the 42 plates in the rear of the book, 2 are separated from the text block.
