Hand-carved from heavy wood with a rich aged patina and extensive weathering consistent with long-term use and age. The panel displays traditional architectural construction with pegged joinery and deeply carved decorative elements characteristic of village granary and storage doors from the Sahel region. The surface exhibits areas of wear, shrinkage cracks, old insect activity, and losses that contribute to its authentic appearance. Measures something. Heavy age and weathering throughout.
