Bound in full brown leather, with a gilt armorial stamp to the front and rear board. Paneled spine with a leather label and gilt ornamentation. Boards have tears the the spine head/tail edges, significant chipping throughout, bumping to edges, and slight warping to front board. Textblock has adhesive staining to pastedowns, splitting to the hinges, stains scattered throughout, age toning and foxing throughout. Red ink staining to edges. Text in French. Shelved in Room F.
