London: Printed for C. Bathurst et al. 1773. Early Printing. 12mo, 8 volumes. In Poor condition. Bound in full brown leather. Paneled spines have gilt numbering. Spines have significant cracking, a loss of leather to spine ends, and loose or lacking end bands; and spines of volumes 3, 6, and 7 are lacking labels. Boards have significant scuffing, and chipping to corners. Volumes 1, 3, 6, and 8 have detached front boards. Volume 2 has a detached rear board, and repair to spine. Volume 4 is lacking the front board. Volumes 5 and 7 have significant cracking to joints, but boards are attached. Textblocks have age toning, foxing throughout, pencil marks to some margins, splitting to the gutter throughout, and stains scattered to some pages throughout. Occasional free end papers have been torn away. Shelved in Room F.
