Partially printed and manuscript-completed deed, opening “To all People to whom these Presents shall Come, Greeting,” recording a land transfer from Benjamin Comstock to Elisha Comstock for approximately two and three-quarter acres. Formally acknowledged June 30, 1759, with verso recording notation confirming entry into New London land records. Measures 7.5 x 12.5 in. In Good overall condition. Reassembled from fold separations with adhesive repairs. Moderate to heavy toning and foxing. Significant edge wear with small losses and tears. Shelved at Rockville Room J.
