In publisher's full brown cloth binding, with blind stamped decoration to covers. Sunning and heavy wear to spine, with gilt titling mostly worn away. Boards show significant scuffing and soiling, with rubbing and exposed board along all edges and at fore corners. Splitting to joints, hinges in tact. Chipping at head and tail of spine, lacking end bands. Text block is moderately worn and soiled along edges. Age toning, light foxing, and faint tidemarks throughout. Pencil inscriptions on front endpapers. Tear in front flyleaf near gutter is patched with tape. Shelved in Room F.
