Granted by the office of President Andrew Jackson, signed on his behalf by his nephew, Andrew Jackson Donelson. Additionally signed by Elijah Hayward, Commissioner of the United States General Land Office.
With two vertical folds. Light age toning and wear. With a blind embossed paper seal in the lower left corner. Fading to most handwriting, though all is still legible.
