Boards have modest wear including slight sunning to the spine, mild soiling and rubbed corners. Beveled edges. Text block has age toned fore/tail edges with head edge gilt. Previous bookshop's small sticker label to the front pastedown. Frontispiece with tissue guard. Cracking to the gutter to few pages and slight age toning with sparse, incidental marks and minor foxing to the interior. Illustrated. First edition.
