NOTES
This copy is number #40 out of 500. Per the limitation page, copies 1 to 100 of this limited run were issued in morocco cases, while the remaining 400 were kept in half linen cases. Also worth noting is that while the text booklet describes 62 illustrations, only 50 of these illustrations are included on engraved plates. Due to a dispute with some of the owners at the time of publication, the "missing" illustrations were never put onto plates; illustrations 5, 6, 23-28, 39, 47, 59, and 62 are instead included within the text booklet itself. The set is thus complete as issued.
