Bound in publisher's brown cloth, with blind stamped decorations on boards and gilt lettering on spine. Boards show mild shelf wear, with light rubbing along edges and a small area of chipping at the head of the spine. Mild bumping to fore corners and head/tail. Spine slightly cocked. Text block is age toned and shows moderate shelf wear on edges. Gift inscriptions on front flyleaf and title page in pen and pencil, respectively. Lightly soiled throughout, heavier towards the endpapers. Sparse, very light pencil notations present in the text. Shelved in Room A.
