London: The Folio Society, 2009. Limited Edition: #8/500. Folio, [32] pages. In Near Fine condition with a Good slipcase. Facsimile volume only, lacks commentary volume and CD. In red buckram quarter binding with vegetable parchment boards, with gilt ruling and colored leather inlaid decorations on front board, all edges gilt. Slipcase is bound in red paper, with a gilt stamp on the front panel. Moderate shelf wear to slipcase, with rubbing on edges and a large scrape on the rear panel. Volume shows negligible wear to boards, with very light rubbing on top and bottom board edges near spine. Text block clean.
