17TH-CENTURY FRENCH LEGAL DOCUMENTS | LOT OF SEVEN (7) [Signed]

France. A collection of seven French manuscript documents on parchment and vellum, dating from the 16th and 17th century. Lot includes land grants and notarial/financial contracts. In Good overall condition, consistent with document age. The manuscripts display moderate age-toning with scattered soiling and stains ranging from light beige to dark brown, as well as light wrinkling and creasing. Edges and corners show expected wear, with two examples bearing small areas of loss at the upper right corner (approx. 0.25"–1" x 1"–1.75"), minimally affecting the text. One document exhibits a few wormholes at the upper right margin, while others show occasional ink offsetting.

Documents bear the following dates:
1. Four-page document, dated 1655, on single leaf of folded parchment.
2. Two-page document, dated 1673, on single leaf of folded parchment. Bears 'Generalite de Tours' papier timbre stamp.
3. One-page document, dated 1577, on parchment.
4. Three-page document, dated 1633, on single leaf of folded parchment (with notations dated 1658).
5. Three-page document, dated 1647 (with later dated annotations), on single leaf of folded parchment.
6. Three-page document, dated 1655, on single leaf of folded parchment.
7. Two-page document, dated 1694, on single leaf of parchment. Bears 'Generalite de Tours' papier timbre stamp.
