New Haven: Limited Edition Club, 1937. Limited Edition, #1440/1500. Duodecimo, unpaginated. In Very Good condition. Contained in a Very Good minus condition slipcase and chemise cover. Black spine with gilt lettering. Slipcase has chipping to corners and rubbing wear to bottom edges. Chemise case has minor cracking to joint edges. Boards are wrapped in a glassine wrap with moderate tears to edges. Bound in full dark purple morocco leather with blind tooling to surfaces, has minor fading to the top and bottom edges, and very light bumping to corners. Textblock is printed on double folded Japanese Kozo paper with hand drawn borders and illustrations, with very minimal shelving wear to edges. Signed flat by Valenti Angelo on the publisher’s limitation page.
