Paris: Israel Henriet. Uncertain Edition. Folio, 22 pages with approximately 488 illustrated plates, ordered by date and month. In Good condition. Housed in a blue clamshell box with a black label and gilt lettering. The clamshell box has moderate splitting and fraying to the front hinge and fore corners, exposing the boards. Moderate scuffing, small tears to the edges, and age toning to edges. The title page, two frontispieces, and illustrated plates have been excised from original binding and affixed to the folio pages with tape along the back of the top edges. Each folio page generally has 24 plates. Age toning, light plus wear, pencil marks to edges, foxing and stains to some plates throughout. Pages have gilt edges. Shelved in Room A Oversized.
