Dust jacket is protected in a new archival mylar sleeve, and shows mild shelf wear to covers and edges. ~.5 inch closed tear to jacket at top of front joint. Some very small stains and scuffs visible on spine and back cover of jacket. Jacket is price clipped. Boards are bound in red cloth, and show very light rubbing to head/tail of spine, bottom board edges, and fore corners. Head and tail of spine are lightly bumped. Text block shows expected age toning, with foxing on top page edges. Inscribed by Allen Dulles on half title page: "Pat. + Charlie, with [illegible] all [illegible] regards, Allen W. Dulles / Oct 25, 1966". Shelved in Room A.
