Spine white with re and black lettering. Exterior has severe wear including two instances of closed tears to the front/rear with few small chips to the head/tail edges and moderate soiling. Flaps adhered under the end papers to the pastedowns. Boards have light wear including mild edge wear and mild cocking to the spine. Text block has slight wear including slight age toning to the edges. Deckled fore edge. Faint age toning and light wear to the interior including few turned down corners. Illustrated. First edition. Inscribed by Florence Mars.
