Dust jacket protected by mylar covering, price uncut: "$17.95" on front flap, has mild age toning to flaps, chipping to fore corners, small tears along spine tail, moderate creasing along spine head and front head edge, a 1in. partially-open tear along spine head, and rubbing wear along front fore edge. Boards have mild shelving wear along spine head, tail, and mild bumping to tail fore corners. Text block mildly scuffed along deckled fore edge. Inscribed "To Claudia Dreyfus" and dated "10.6.1981" by Thor Heyerdahl on hal-title page. Shelved in Room C.
