Faded green spine with black and red turned green lettering. Dust jacket is wrapped in a mylar covering, price is uncut "$2.75", has moderate shelving wear, a large open tear along the spine head, bending wear along the flaps, a small open tear along the rear joint and rear head fore corner, stains on the rear cover, a water stain on the front head fore corner, and moderate age-toning throughout. Boards have mild wear along the head and tail edges, a small tear on the front head edge, and light fraying along the fore corners. Textblock is lightly splitting to gutter from the second end-page to page 2 and page 82-98, has light soiling on some pages, stains on the end-pages and pastedowns, mild wear along the edges, moderate age-toning throughout, and light foxing along the head edges. Signed "For Dick, cordially Wallace Stegner" on the second end-page. Shelved Room C.
