Dust jacket is wrapped in a mylar covering, price uncut "$5.95", has small closed tears along the head edges, mild foxing along the flaps, mild chipping along the fore corners and rear fore edge, creasing along the spine, and light stains. Boards are slightly cocked, has mild bending along the spine head and tail edges, front fore edge, and fore corners, and mild discoloration along the head and tail edges. Textblock has mild age toning, front free end-page has paper torn from the second free end-page along the hinge, and mild creasing along the rear end-page. Signed flat by Joyce Carol Oats on the title page.
