Features head and tail pieces to denote beginning and end of sections. Marbled endpapers. Top and fore edges of textblock trimmed. Paper repair made to title page at bottom edge. Foxing and soiling to interior pages. Writing on title page, and signature of previous owner on 2D7 in Book III. Third leaf detached but loose within. Worming present at bottom edge of text from a4-c2 in Book I; top edge and gutter from Aa4 in Book II to end of Book III. Worming also present throughout at fore edge. Leaf H8 in Book III ripped at bottom edge corner, obstructing some text. Shelved in Case 9.
