London: Andre Deutsch, 1963. First Edition. Octavo, 398 pages. In Good minus condition with Fair Dust Jacket in mylar covering. Spine is gold with black lettering. Dust jacket has major shelf wear with tearing of varying degrees along the edges and spine, creasing, and is price clipped. Chunks of the dust jacket are missing on the back cover. Boards have some shelf wear and minor bumping to corners. Text block has age-toning and minor foxing throughout, words are scratched off on the copyright page, and minor staining along the head edge.
