Good; rebound in modern black cloth with very minor surface marks to covers and little to no wear to spine edges or corners; black tape at lower edge of spine and hand-written title and author on upper edge of spine in white ink; binding tight; text block age-toned and somewhat uneven and rough; pages deeply age-toned around edges with some foxing throughout; 32 plates present and intact though with similar age-toning as pages; other b/w illustrations throughout; ex-library copy with usual markings, including a bookplate to ffep, institutional stamps to several pages and call number written in ink; MF consignment.
