Tall octavo, 16 pages; G+; Side-sewn pamphlet; Moderate age-toning overall, light plus soiling and foxing overall, with light plus wear/creasing to corners and untrimmed edges; Several ink emendations on last page, including former owner "Lyman Fox"; A statement released by "the General Committee of the Republicans of Connecticut" in response to an address "by a number of Federalists, convened at Hartford on the 31st of May last".
