The title/text pages of the following plates are loose (but intact): Plates 2-4, 11, 13-17, 33-36 (all of these pages have light chipping to fore-edges). Top edge of title/text page to plate two has one inch close tear. Title / text pages for plates 12 and 35 have tears to page along spine (each roughly 1/3 length of spine).
