HB is maroon clothbound, shelfwear has chafed the tip and tail cloth of spine ends and corner points, nicked off tint along thin board edges much, also has tiny dents, chips and dents. gold tint of capitals appears mildly dulled. lightly flipped through, no notation, textblock is a neat uniform beige. black shaded upper edge, fore-edge ivory, heavily foxed tail edge. 307 pp.
