Biograph Company, 1897. One of a series of films taken by the Biograph Company (W.K.L. Dickson) during the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897, this film is believed to be a longer version (~35s) of "Afternoon Tea in the Garden at Clarence House." Footage features members of the Saxe Coburg branch of the family enjoying a meal (and/or tea) in the garden as they gathered to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Queen Victoria's accession, including Alfred the Duke of Edinburgh, the Grand Duke and Duchess of Hesse (and their little daughter Elizabeth), and King George V. This is a 35-second 16mm film (most likely generated from an original 35mm/63mm film) with colorful, yet historically inaccurate, commentary (I believe the narrator misidentifies the individuals present). The image presented in the listing is derived from from an online archive streaming a digital version of this film.

New York: Hart Stenographic Bureau, c.1950. Group of 3 scripts written by prominent American lyricist/librettist, Otto Barbach: "Bugles in April" (undated), "April Was Singing" (1950), and "Song of the Corps" (1946). All three works feature music by Peter de Rose and Russel Benet. Scripts in very good condition with minor wear to covers, toning to pages, and edge wear (with small partial tears) along bottom edges. CX Consignment shelved Room A.
1932. Original script for "Cavalcade (British Version)" dated 1/10/1932 based on a play by Noel Coward with movie directed by Frank Lloyd. Background information on this "British Version" is scarce with the only mention being found on IMDB Alternate versions. Script is marked "Dialogue Taken From the Screen" with note on the film length: 9500 ft. Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, 1976. Original script for film, "The Turning Point", by Arthur Laurents. Script is dated 4/15/1976. Film was directed by Herbert Ross, produced/released by 20th Century Fox in 1977, and starred Anne Bancroft, Shirley MacClaine, and Tom Skerrit. Script is in very good condition with minimal wear to edges and corners (with dust cover). "Turning Point" is written in pen along the spine. CX Consignment shelved Room A.
