Condition is Good +, front and back gutters starting to split at both ends, bumped corners and some chipping to edges, soiling and wear to linen spine, foxing and age-toning to front and back boards; inside the front hinge is starting, otherwise the end-papers are intact with very little wear, binding is tight, some age-toning as the pages are no longer bright white.
