1931. Personal letter from Clarence Darrow discussing Charles Proteus Seinmetz. The letter is a response to a request for information on Steinmetz, a notable mathematician and engineer. Steinmetz was a vocal socialist and Darrow suggests the recipient reach out to to the former socialist mayor of Schenectady, George R. Lunn.
Also included in the frame is a photo of Darrow. The frame is hinged and opens up to reveal the original envelope.
The letter shows some creasing and wear along the edges.
