Moderate amount of soiling and fraying on boards and more shelf wear on spine with tiny tears at bottom and fraying on top. Textblock is clean though paper wavy with minor discoloration and offsetting on a few pages. Contains an insert "Synopsis Febrium" folded in four with a tear at center. Latin text in small print. Gilt edges (a bit dusty). GM consignment. Shelved in Case 10.
