Collection of three Francis Wyndham articles clipped from the London Review of Books from 1982, 1984 and 1988, inscribed to Rolland Comstock, and a handwritten and signed letter from Wyndham to Comstock dated 1989. Francis Wyndham (b. 1924) is an English essayist and short story writer who began publishing fairly late in life; his first collection of stories appeared in 1974. He won the Whitbread First Novel Prize in 1987, at the age of 63. Rolland Comstock was the famous book collector and lawyer, from Springfield MO, whose collection was known world-wide to authors and bibliophiles. (This item is kept in the eBay room).
