One of twelve copies issued with two original leaves on vellum, of which only ten had a gilt Johnson initial, from a total edition of 329 copies. The colophon is numbered 'H' and signed by Leonard Bahr, the printer. Also included is "A Letter from Stella," containing Stella Cobden-Sanderson's letter of appreciation on receiving the book, also numbered 'H' and published in 1971.
