NOTES

George Selgin is the Senior Fellow and Director Emeritus of the Cato Institute's Center for Monetary and Financial Alternatives, where he is editor-in-chief of the center's blog, Alt-M. Selgin worked at famed libertarian bookstore Laissez Faire Books during university, and this would have been signed to him there.

Henry Hazlitt was a journalist, literary critic, economist, and philosopher whose impact on the libertarian movement can not be understated, and "At various points in his career, he was among the most influential literary critics, editorialists, and financial writers in the country." He wrote "What You Should Know about Inflation, which explained how central banks wreck a monetary system and economy." [Mises Institute]
