Large Octavo, xiv, [2], pp. [17] - 247, [96], 37 pages, [20]; G+; Full mottled calf with black spine label and gilt lettering; Boards show moderate wear to edges and joints, moderate plus wear to head of spine, and library notation near tail of spine; Textblock has moderate age-toning and light foxing to edges, an ink ownership inscription on the sfep and titlepage, and a portion of the ffep has been excised (presumably to remove former owner's name); Ex-library book (Ex libris of the "Library of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland" appears on the front pastedown, and the ink library stamp of same appears on the titlepages of both texts); Twenty-four plates appear at the end of the first work, and five plates appear at the end of the second.
