This anonymous erotica imprint is illustrated with engraved plates attributed to Claude-Louis Desrais and Robert Brichet. With 101 engraved leaves containing an epigram or short tale attributed to Rousseau, Ferrand, Grecourt, Piron, etc. matching facing engraved illustrations. They depict various scandalous-for-the-time situations, some of an erotic or sexual nature, such as LGBTQ+ encounters and Christian clergy engaging in sexual acts. These pieces were already included in the the 1749 "The Joyful Legend, or the One Hundred and One Lessons from Lampsaque".;
