Rubbing, cracking, and chipping to binding, with the top half of the spine's top panel lacking. Some cracking at hinges. Text block age-toned and slightly foxed. The satires of Persius have a separate titlepage bearing the date 1630. Numerous ownership inscriptions to front free endpaper and title page, some marked out; one inscription in the center of the page has been cut out.
