New York: Harper and Brothers, 1865. Octavo bound in green cloth with gilt lettering to spine and blind tooling to boards. The bookplate of a previous owner, Leslie A. Janka, is affixed to the front pastedown apparently on top of an earlier ownership inscription. Another ownership inscription at the top of the title page.

Dimensions: w 6.5 x h 9.5 in

Condition: Good+. Some wear and fraying to binding, particularly to edges and corners of board and to head and tail of spine. Text block slightly age-toned and foxed, with light creases to upper corners of the first (roughly) 200 pages. Significant cracking to rear hing, but binding is stable.
