Paper wraps atop casing are rather thin and binding adhesive shows through on back cover and around pastedown endpapers front and back where sealed to boards. Inscribed by Tony Lane on ffep 'with love for Rayna'; extremely scarce, not in Worldcat; shelved case 11.
