An attractive map of the island of Corfu by the Italian cartographer Vincenzo Maria Coronelli (1650-1718). The map is richly illustrated with scenes and floorplans of fortifications, and this copy has been hand-colored. Coronelli was widely considered to have been one of the most important cartographers of his generation. Condition: Very Good. Light age toning, significant central crease. Double matted and framed.
