Octavo; VG/no-DJ; spine brown & black leather w/gold txt, some shelf wear along the top and bottom of book, as well as visible creasing at spine, fraying and fading accompanied by scuffing; boards are firm & has drawing from prev owner on back inside cvr, otherwise clean; binding is loose at hinges, but still strong; pages show discoloration at txt block due to age, also discoloration and foxing throughout book as well as color transfer, some dog earring, slight tears, and pages that are no longer bound by adhesive so therefore loose (pg 139-141 for ex), burned hole in back free pg, as well as scorch marks going up to pg 841, signs of chipping as well as tears evident through book due to age, prev owner has pencil writing on back of free back page, otherwise in fairly good condition considering age & elements.
