1988. "Vier Getijden" is a portfolio of FOUR prints by the artist, Joost Swarte. One of the prints ("Dossier Verkeer") is signed by Joost in pencil. Prints measure ~8 1/8" x 12 1/8" and are in NM condition. "Dossier Verkeer" has a faint scratch in middle of red/white circle (visible in photo); otherwise, prints are clean with crisp corners and edges. Protective sheath has light creasing. More
