Front and rear boards somewhat loosely attached, but held in place by the binding's internal cordage. Small nicks and abrasions to leather. Spine gilt title worn away, but 'Cases of Divorce' still faintly visible. Uniform age-toning and light foxing to pages. Text varies in darkness of printing; all is legible, but some pages are considerably lighter and less distinct than others. Endpapers with uneven tanning and some stains.
