IV and V), and a small chip near the hinge at the head of the spine on Vol. V; the spines of Vols. I-V have become sunned and appear to be a shade of brown, while Vol. VI has faded to a shade of green; the textblock shows uneven age-toning along the fore-edge; all six volumes are three-quarter bound in a dark blue leatherette, the remainder is a blue marbled board; top edges gilt, others printed uncut (many unopened); each volume is signed by Miller on the Limitation page, which states that these were number 19 of a printing limited to 250 copies; each contains a frontispiece with protective sheet; CONTENTS: Vol. I.
