This booklet includes a note from a "Jerry Carr" to the previous owner saying they were sorry that the PO couldn't attend the "Federation Luncheon" and that the book enclosed is a gift. There is also included a small publishing note (stuck in between pp82-83) informing the reader that the last two paragraphs from page 83 were accidentally printed at the bottom of page 92 Shelved in Ephemera Box B in Netdesk office.

Pamphlet in orange, white and black with previous owner's inscriptions on front cover; VG- condition; 31 pages of specifications, F.D.C. regulations, advertisements, and pictures. Some crinkling and wear to exterior edges, binding still strong. Interior pages have some age-toning but are otherwise clean save for the rare margin notes (about three or so throughout the whole booklet. A one page list of changes/amendments attached by publisher on inside front cover.

(1915). SIGNED BY AUTHOR. Approx. 10.5" x 15" VG thin parchment-colored card stock tied with brown string. Conceived as a holiday gift for friends of the author, privately printed. This copy is SIGNED and INSCRIBED on penultimate page. Perimeter of lightly soiled, deckle-edged paper softened. Three black-and-white full-page illustrations reproduced on translucent paper and tipped in opposite the sonnets that inspire them; middle illustration loosening, while final illustration has pulled away from paper backing with lower two corners torn along border. Author's business card attached with rusty paper clip at top of first page; address has been crossed out with new address penned beside it.
